Why believing in yourself and your values / principles is important. #believeinyourself .Because human potential is not measurable #humanpotential . Personal beliefs and actions from that beliefs could be stupid to rest of the world but you keep going…. so that then later decades and generations to come witness the power of such personal beliefs and personal actions. Entire universe will support your personal visions.

Need exmaples ?!! here are few .
1. Mahatma Gandhi – Father of Nation India. once said “My life is my message” . Hailing from a middle class Indian family founded non violence movement against powerful British kingdom and fought against in justices in world and in India. Many leaders in India did not believed that non violence and peaceful movement will ever bring freedom to India. He was once mocked by former British prime minister Winston Churchill . I am not quoting the actual words you can google it. But He won finally in expelling British rule from India with his non violence movement. He was a unique iconic leader in bringing people from all over complex Indian culture (states, different languages, religions, caste systems).
2. Jesus . Jesus said “Love others as I loved you and love your enemies”. Jesus hailed from a poor family and his followers were mostly fisher men and ordinary people. Majority of high class and powerful people were against him. He was mocked by authorities during his final days. But the religion and value system Jesus founded till lasts today for more than 2 centuries.
3. Steve Jobs . Steve jobs said “Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.” Steve jobs hailed from a middle class family in US. Steve Jobs also visited India in 1974 to meet one of the Spiritual leader before founding Apple . But it did not went well, but he must have learned some life’s lessons from Indian experience. #indianexperience#india#experience . Steve jobs thrown out of Apple because his beliefs was not realistic to other board members and none of the later CEO’s able to make Apple successful. Finally Steve Jobs returned to Apple in 1997 to prove his beliefs about founding Apple is correct. Even 10 years after his death , we still study about his ideas and beliefs in MBA case studies. #harvard#wu#casestudy#MBA. Some believes after his departure, Apple did lost this legendary vision about its founding reasons.
I intentionally took 3 different profiles from different domains and different time span to prove this idea of personal beliefs and actions.
Keep nurture all your “good” personal beliefs.
